I wanted to ask the same question.

It looks like the aluminium tanks provided by Paul Adams.
Not sure if the guy making them for Paul is still able to do them or not.
The tanks are a nominal 19l capacity and have a modern flush fit filler cap

Lets have 10 tanks made, the Indian way, steel, fits with a twist.
Not all the 19 L.

I randomly picked it up on eBay awhile back. It’s a fiberglass Phil Primmer tank, one of the last he built. Not sure on the exact capacity but it’s a bit over 5 gal. I believe he has been deceased for some time but not certain.
