ET: Engine (Twin) Cutting Out

Yes, Just seen a video of a board racer, USA,
No Brakes, Single gear, Throttle stuck open, Bad Crash !.
Also when we were Kids, Me 250 BSA, My friend 200 cc Tiger cub,
Round to the stop !, Up the A5, Till we got to road works,
I stopped, He Didn't !, But we got away with it,
His slide had come completely out !.
That happened to Paul Brodie, on his Excelcior. I guess he must not have had any way of shutting the engine off. He broke his femur and I think the bone stuck right out of his leathers. On some bikes you can use the kill button to shift gears as well. I think it is best to have a kill button even if you don't always use it to turn the engine off.

I've had the opposite problem, the kill button would not stop the engine. The grounding brush in the mag was worn and not making contact.
