We only got the system up and running on the 15/12/21 so we are still learning what we can and can't do. Sales order history I am am guessing will show after despatch, making it historical.
As stated on our website, MPH and facebook etc, due to postal worker shortage, the post office gave us the 17/12 as the last pick up before the Christmas break and your order Bill just missed the last pickup sorry.

Yes… good point. I received an automated ( I assume automated) email after my first order with the new system, but no email for the second and third. Bob is aware there was something amiss with my order and is sorting it out.When I order things from VOCS I get a conformation of purchase by return email shortly after paying.
Steven,I'm having a bit of trouble getting into the site. Several times over the last few days I have done the activate my account and have yet to see anything appear in either my inbox or my spam folder.
