Changing to touring handlebar, do I need a longer front brake cable? Clutch?

I had my clutch, valvelifter, front brake and throttle cables made 4 inches (10cm) longer and they fit and work well.

Thanks Phil, i have already made the transfer to touring, and the only cable that's short is the brake, should I get just a longer upper bit , where from?

Another subject, just how visible is the return oil ,on the oil tank's neck? Is it a jet ? A drop? It is not evident any oil comes out at all.
