Front Forks Handlebars Material Supplier Sought

Hello, in Back to A, Andrew Walker describes that there were a set of higher and wider bars available for a Series ‘A’ machine.

Given I'm over 6ft tall, and when I rode Nigel it was cramped, we'd like to fit slightly wider and higher bars to my Series ’A’ Comet restoration project.

Does anyone know where I can buy suitable handlebar material in the UK to make our own?

I bought a pair of universal 1" bars off Aliexpress
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32992402611.html? I found them perfect for me. I'm 6'6".

The only problem is the knurling in the wrong place so I had them copied but they are cheap enough to try so that you can work out whether you want the same or a modified bend.

It might be worth looking for stainless, it will be more expensive but saves the cost of chroming.

Just looked at Armours web site, They have 1" for Vincents, Plus higher ones !, £53
