Bill, I don't like running on thick gloop, feel it just saps power. Will run on oil. Case faces are flat and grooves and o'rings for gear lever etc.
Will check size of PR50-60X/9, thanks Chunky. Also bought one of the proper stops from spares Co.

It's not like that Mark, trust me. I wouldn't tell you anything that would make a Comet slower! It is just magic stuff.
I had a box with grease and oil and I just put a bit of this semi stuff in it and it sealed the small bit of loss.
