Cannot Connect to The VOC Spares Company Limited's Website

It appears there is a configuration problem on the VOCS web server. For the main entry URL, http://www.vincentspares.co.uk/, I continue to receive an error message:

Your server is running PHP version 5.5.38 but WordPress 5.9.5 requires at least 5.6.20.

However, the issue does not apply to the actual shop software, reachable directly at https://shop.vincentspares.co.uk/. It should be possible to buy spares through that link.

I notified the VOCS of this via email, but have not yet received a reply. I'd guess they're aware by now, and trying to resolve it.

Ah yes. Those who are positive and hopeful. I also "hope" the issue is fixed but do not hold false hope.

Apologies for the lack of website. We are in the process of an update that is not going well, but am told by the experts will be back up and running in the next day or so. The shop is ok but if having problems emails and phones working fine.

The good news is the website is back up and running. We could not update the current site so we are building a completely new site. The main page, bike sales and the shop link is active. We are just finishing the other pages now.
We are using the latest software version now so is future proof, easier to update with more options available.

Could any of the decision makers within the VOC please explain why it is considered disadvantageous to have a link to the Spares Company from this forum, we used to have this facility a short time ago, then during "The Troubles" it was removed, surely that can only be detrimental to the VOC.
