Misc: Charging Systems Unknown regulator

I have attached a photo of a unused regulator I would like to use it's got a label stating 15.55v and has three wires green, orange and red. Don't know if it's positive or negative earth, maybe wire colours will narrow it down. Does anyone recognise it or know the wiring details, thanks in advance.
