We had a similar wet and frosty (flurries) ride to the joint BMOC/Vincent Section Ride-n-Tune at Nigel Spaxman's on April 2 ... thankfully Nigel put on a stunning smoked pulled pork chilli to warm the insides.. Still a great day out - I managed to get the upper girdraulic yoke installed the right way up with the help of many hands.

Ride back home with darkening skies, dodging showers and traffic jams - heard more than one expletive from fellow rider "*** this cold" Took me several hours to get the body core temp up. Always a great day out on a Vincent, no matter the weather.

Chris Kleps went back to Bellingham yesterday he probably got wetter and colder than any of us. At least I got to warm up a bit on the ferries but the bike was still dripping all over the shop floor this morning.

I was hoping to ride over to Nigel & Alyson's place for the event, but it was just too cold.
After half an hour outside I needed help from the dog just to warm up.
