Original PEI Article on parallel twin balance from Motorcycling?

Thanks Gene. I looked up a list of his books and it seems that Motorcycle Technicalities is the only one that has reprints of the articles he wrote for Motorcycling under the name Slide Rule. I’ve searched the index but will do a page by page search.
