Don't know about that particular one but there are a couple of specials been built using Suzuki RG500 bottom ends with air cooled barrels and heads, one has Ariel Arrow ones but they aren't.
It must be cheaper for the world , To keep these Old Bikes Going,
Rather than build new ones ?.
I mean they have already been built !, Or am I missing the point ?.
Ah, but there isn't enough profit to be made keeping older vehicles running, there is a global industry based on selling new ones, the environmental costs to them don't matter. The manufacturers (and governments) tout new vehicles as being "greener" but that's only against say a new vehicle to an older specification, not against one that already exists.
They don't seem to mind jobs going,

They also don't tell you that batteries, With age , You are not going to get the mileage per charge,
