Tyres for Enclosed D's

This has been probably been discussed before, but things change.
My Prince is currently fitted with Speedmaster/safetymiler tyres and they need replacing.
Is this the best tyre combination for the enclosed bikes or would a more modern tyre, such as Roadrider be better. I have had handling issues when fully loaded before, so I know it can be a bit tyre sensitive.
I have tried to look at a few other solo's, but they arent common.

I like the Roadriders on my Vincent and therefore would recommend them.

I use Avon Distanza or Gripster front and rear and, although they make it look like a trials Knight they cured the white lining and wobbles.
