ET: Engine (Twin) Oil Pump and Oiling Sytem Modifications

I Have come in late here
Twin start oil pump , Remove the oil relief valve from the Timing cover , use the oil from here to feed directly to the heads and rocker gear
The oil return directly through a inline filter to the oil tank
what issues would this cause ?

A plugged filter would fill the sump.
