Difficult for me to tell from the picture BUT in the first picture it looks as though the gap between the E91 bearing and the spacer is greater than the width of the inner circlip. It wouldn't hurt to just put in the minimal primary bits and crank the nut up to ensure all is tight against the out circlip.
