I was there a few weeks ago. And men, are they busy!
Answering email took every time a few days, but eventually I got hold on them.
But now Conways: has not answered my 4 emails ever... and never picked up the phone.

If it helps I phoned our Vincent Spares Company 3 times this week, they answered all calls within seconds and were very polite and helpful
Such a nice change in this day and age to be able to actually speak to a real person !
