Fitting pannier topb box rack to a Vincent Rapide

Craven system on the rapide rack and pannier rails.
These were fired on night before this picture was taken, all leveled out and sorted now.
Had to move from suggested inside position rear footrest mount point to outside which gives needed clearance.
Also the centre hoop mount point extended to give clearance for full up and down mud guard clearance.
Did away with stupid weak pannier fixings and replaced with m8 blots and spacers cracker job now these are the little concord panniers from Craven/dragonfly
