E: Engine Comet Weight

The weight of Twin engines pretty well known, but not of Comet engines. I'm guessing in the 75lb to 90lb range.

Anyone have an answer?

I believe the complete engine without a gearbox and carb is 80 lb. I weighed it because I needed to have it transported.

Sounds about right....... I checked mine and it was about 33 kg's but that was missing several of the timing gears on account of the crank triggered ignition system.
