Ah Bruce, that would be a price increase of of 5% or £209,475.
In old money 20 shillings made a pound and 21 made a guinea.
Unless of course you're selling it, then I can see where you might think the extra 5% is reasonable (£209,475).
Now if you're thinking of a shilling, then yes £9,975 would be okay.
