Hello Howard, Can't you get Richard to do a bit on here about that Comet. Cheers Bill.
Richard is on the Forum, I'm sure he'll write something if there's any interest. It seems to have split opinion, some can only see yellow wheels and some can actually see the effort and a very interesting motorcycle. I despair of fellow "motorcyclists" sometimes.

Well looking at the photos, regardless of whether it is to an individual's taste or not, it is obvious that the craftsmanship involved is excellent. It is obvious that a lot of time and effort went into it. I for one would be interested in reading about it.

I certainly liked it (and I have a spare comet engine:eek:) I think apart from the engineering it may be interesting to hear about the legal side did it need an SVA? or did it get by with the UFM frame number?

That is just to damn cool! The tank is great. The headlamp looks like it is on some kind of scissor arrangement. This really should be written up.

The "scissors" are something to do with the single sided suspension, that's as much as I know.
